Consultation – During the consultation we will review your health intake form, discuss your current health state, food diary and personal goals. We will get to know each other and get a clear understanding of the necessary steps to accomplishing a better you.
Meal Planning – Each meal plan is built on the individuals daily caloric intake and macronutrient break down (carbohydrates, protein, fat). Each plan includes creative, easy and fun recipes that target meal frequency and individuals daily recommended macronutrient requirements.
Follow Ups – In the follow up meeting we revisit goals, review accomplishments and discuss any open ended questions or concerns. Follow ups are scheduled as needed.
